Alexis has over 30 years of sales and business experience specializing in the high-end luxury retail and real estate sector. She got her start in the corporate world as an event planner for large pharmaceutical companies, planning their sales and incentive meetings. From there, she was hired as an in-house event planner for a high net worth investment firm. She worked with the high net worth family wealth sales division on the west coast planning the sales training meetings and client meetings for existing and potential clients. She learned very valuable skills that would take her through her career in and out of the corporate world. She learned the value of providing a high level of customer service, hospitality, attention to detail, time management, honesty, and transparency.
In 2008/2009 when the market crashed and her retail business took a nosedive overnight, she had to pivot. She decided to pursue a career in real estate when thousands of agents were getting out of the business. That may have seemed crazy to most but she had a feeling people were going to need to downsize. She partnered with a top-selling residential real estate team on the Main Line, a wealthy suburb of Philadelphia. For ten years she used her sales expertise to work with qualified high net worth buyers looking for their dream homes. She’s had many business experiences over the years learning from a few mentors who groomed her to provide excellent customer service, to be extremely detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and to be a quick learner in a fast-paced environment. All of which allowed her later in her career to be able to choose what she wanted to do, with whom she wanted to work and when.
