- Include all pages in your uploads, even if they're blank. Check for page numbers like "page 1 of 2."
- Use the free Adobe Scan app for fast, easy scanning of paper documents.
- Use clearly identifiable file names to move rapidly through our document review queue.
- Double-check your uploads against the list we sent before submitting.
DON'T
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't submit partial documents. We need full versions of all statements, including ALL pages.
- Don't submit pixelated, blurry, or low-resolution files. Unreadable docs require re-submission.
- Don't redact any information. Underwriting cannot accept documents with covered or missing info.
- Don't skip the final review. Check your files against the document list before uploading.
