MortgageCS is a licensed mortgage broker — we do not make loans or lending decisions. By submitting a mortgage application, inquiry, or any supporting documents through this website, our point-of-sale platform, or any other method, you expressly authorize and consent to the following:
- Broker authorization: You authorize MortgageCS to act as your mortgage broker and to shop your loan request among our network of lending partners to find competitive terms on your behalf.
- Information sharing: You consent to MortgageCS sharing your personal, financial, and employment information — including your mortgage application, credit reports, tax returns, bank statements, and any other documentation you provide — with one or more lending partners for the purpose of loan evaluation, underwriting, and approval.
- Credit inquiries: You authorize MortgageCS and its lending partners to obtain your credit report and credit score as part of the qualification process.
- Data processing: You acknowledge that your information may be collected, transmitted, and stored through third-party platforms we use to process your loan, including our point-of-sale system (Floify) and our loan origination system (LendingPad). These platforms act as sub-processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection and privacy obligations.
